Acceptance of Terms: Enrolling in a course or registering an account indicates agreement to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Online Payments: Course fees, study materials, and examination fees must be paid online via authorized payment gateways, with official digital receipts generated automatically upon payment.
Refund Policy: Tuition and registration fees are non-refundable once training or portal access begins, unless the school cancels a course section without providing an alternative schedule.
Exam Booking & Eligibility: Internal and official exam slots must be booked through the student portal and require completion of mandatory training hours, instructor sign-off, and full fee payment.
Exam Rescheduling & No-Shows: Rescheduling is permitted up to 48 hours before the exam without penalty; late cancellations or no-shows forfeit the exam fee.
Website Maintenance & Service Interruptions: During scheduled portal maintenance or technical updates, urgent inquiries, bookings, or lesson confirmations must be directed to official office contacts via phone, email, or physical helpdesk.
Data Privacy & Security: Personal and financial data is strictly protected, never sold or shared with unauthorized third parties, and used solely for training administration, statutory compliance, and licensing workflows.
Account Security: Students must keep login credentials confidential and are responsible for all account activities. Suspected unauthorized access must be reported immediately.
Identification & Prerequisites: Students must provide a valid government-issued ID (National ID or Passport) and meet statutory age and medical requirements before beginning practical training.
Student Code of Conduct: Zero tolerance is enforced for attending sessions under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or exhibiting reckless behavior. Violations lead to immediate termination without refund.
Attendance & Punctuality: Students must arrive on time for all sessions; arriving more than 15 minutes late for a practical lesson may lead to cancellation and a missed-session penalty.
Instructor Authority & Safety: Students must obey instructor commands during practical lessons; instructors retain the right to abort any session if safety is compromised.
Vehicle Care & Damage: Handle training vehicles with care. Damage caused by deliberate negligence, failure to follow instructions, or horseplay will be billed directly to the student.

Amendments & Governing Law: Terms may be revised at any time with immediate effect upon website publication, governed by national transportation and civil laws.
